We are sad to report that past commodore Alan Test was killed in a tragic bicycle accident near his new home in Ocean Springs, Mississippi on May 15, 2022. Alan led the San Francisco Fleet during the COVID-19 pandemic. He was instrumental in keeping things lively, scheduling regular Zoom meetings with the Honolulu Fleet. He was especially passionate about youth boating programs, removing plastics from the oceans, and cleaning up polluted waters. He was a dedicated Rotarian and truly enjoyed his time on the water. His presence and council will be sorely missed.
