The sold-out Bar Pilots Tour on April 26th, which was arranged by Commodore Alison, was an absolute blast! The weather was especially great, and the seas were calm. In addition to receiving a full tour of their beautiful facility at Pier 9, getting to see everything from the dispatching office to the machine shop and sleeping quarters, we were treated to a ride on their new boat to pick up a pilot coming off duty.
As a “thank you” for hosting us, Commodore Alison presented our fleet flag to the Bar Pilots.
