We received the following announcement from Miriam Caudullo, our International Rear Commodore for Area 2 (Our Area)
Dear friends,
It is time to pack our bags and meet at our AGM. This time, the Iquique Fleet awaits us with its warmth and fellowship.
Iquique is a very special city, combining sea and desert, nature and history.
During our gathering, which will take place from March 18 to 21, 2026, we will enjoy several touristic and community activities, as well as our Assembly, where reports will be presented and the attending fleets will share their initiatives.
Each participating fleet must give a presentation during the AGM showcasing the activities carried out during the year; videos or PowerPoint presentations are acceptable. Participants are also asked to bring toys to be donated to a kindergarten on behalf of our group. They are also asked to bring pennants representing their fleets to exchange during the meeting.
Attached you will find the preliminary program, which may undergo slight modifications. Fees will be informed privately to those who write to: agm2026chile@gmail.com. I also attach information about different hotels, the headquartes is Gavina Hotel, but you will find other options.
The Area 2 General Assembly will be the harbor where our ideas, projects, and Rotary values converge.
