$2500 Scholarships Awarded Annually. PICYA awards several scholarships to graduating high school students or to active college students who wish to continue their education at approved institutions of higher learning.
To be considered, applicants must be:
1. Students whose parents, grandparents, guardians or mentors are members of a N. California yacht club which has active membership with PICYA.
2. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors of the current year, or college students continuing to pursue their educational goals.
3. Scholarships are not renewable. However, previous recipients are eligible to reapply, provided they still meet all other qualifications.
4. Transcripts take time. Request your transcripts to be submitted early – you can then concentrate on your essay.

Scholarships will be presented to the winners at the August or September Delegate Meeting.
