Crew of tall ship hosted by IYFR members to see San Francisco!
The Adopt-A-Sailor program for the crew of the Cuauhtemoc was a resounding success! Special thanks to past international commodore Clint Collier and his wife Bev, Candy Tsang, and Jeff Kasper for hosting cadets.
Speaking of hosting, Candy Tsang found this awesome Chinese restaurant!
The Cuauhtemoc also hosted a flag exchange where Clint presented one of our fleet flags to the commanding officers. In return, they presented Clint with a plaque commemorating the event, made from the Cuauhtemoc’s deck wood.
Thanks also to Commodore Alison, who arranged for exclusive IYFR access to these opportunities and coordinated the entire visit
